It is quite frustrating to not be able to train. Mental training is one thing, and I think about Kendo all the time and a lot, amongst the other things in my mind, but to not be able to practice it physically is not a good thing for my current level of ability, where the physical aspect needs to be embedded more.
Additionally, seeing my friends, kouhai and others make progress, however small or big, means that I am only falling behind further. The little break of two years that I took off to focus on Archery already left me behind significantly, and while I definitely do not regret it, I do dislike that my current "being left behind" situation is due to injury and not a change of focus.
~Sigh~ I even consider going to train, with the injury, and risk making it worse or more permanent than it may already be....... =(
Well, I'll stick it out for the first month and re-assess how it is by then.

Aww. Unagi-Don is missing training. Perhaps you can practice on your footwork, seeing as footwork is one of the main fundamentals for kendo, getting better at footwork + rehab for your wrist wouldn't hurt (if there is any prescribed by ur doctor).
Footwork isn't much, but it is something.
