After two days of seminar that was held by Chiba Sensei, and changing how I grip the shinai, my calluses on my left hand have increased and changed. The ones under pinky and ring finger have become more painful with the ring finger one increasing a lot in two days, and now I have a slightly more distinguishable spot where I said you should have LOL.
A friend of mine (glasses) who has been with our club for the last year is returning home to Korea on Friday. As this is the case, today was his last training session with us, and luckily he was able to also take part in the Chiba Sensei seminars. He has also taught me a lot and helped my kendo grow in the last several months that I have been back playing, so thank you very much Jae-Hwan ^^. We will have dinner on Thursday with everone before he goes home.
